Pricing & quotes
How much does it cost to hire movers and packers in Dubai?
Moverly prices start from AED 770 for a studio apartment and go up to AED 4,950 for a 5-bedroom villa. All prices are fixed and shown upfront — before you register or call anyone.
Full pricing:
Studio — AED 770 | 1 bed — AED 1,099 | 2 bed — AED 1,850 | 3 bed — AED 2,850
4 bed — AED 3,550 | 5 bed — AED 4,950
2 bed villa — AED 2,170 | 3 bed villa — AED 3,150 | 4 bed villa — AED 4,450
Can I see the price without registering or calling?
Yes — this is the whole point of Moverly. Select your home type on the homepage and see the exact price immediately. No account needed, no WhatsApp, no waiting for someone to reply. Most moving companies in Dubai don't show prices on their website at all. We do.
Can I get a discount or coupon code?
Yes — coupon codes can be entered at checkout. Moverly works with real estate agencies and relocation partners who give coupon codes to their clients, so the quickest way to get one is to ask your real estate agent. Loyalty discounts are also coming soon. Enter your coupon code in the box on the last step of booking and it is applied to your total.
Booking & payment
How do I book movers and packers in Dubai?
Go to moverly.ae and enter your move-from area, move-to area, home type, and date. You'll see the price straight away. Add any extras you need, confirm your item list, agree to the terms, and pay online. Done — the whole thing takes under 2 minutes. You'll get a confirmation on screen and on WhatsApp.
What payment methods are accepted?
Moverly currently accepts Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit) processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). The charge on your bank statement will appear as MOVERLY.AE. We do not accept cash or direct bank transfers.
Can I reschedule my move date?
Yes — date changes are free if requested at least 48 hours before your original move date. Log into your account, go to My Bookings, and select Reschedule. Changes within 48 hours are treated as a within-24-hour cancellation and a 20% fee applies.
Do I need to be present during my move?
Yes. You or an authorised adult representative must be present at both the collection address and the delivery address. You'll need to be there to give access, direct the team on where things should go, and do a final walkthrough before they leave.

Does Moverly cover all of Dubai?
Yes — all major residential and commercial areas of Dubai are covered, including Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, JLT, JVC, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Mirdif, Al Barsha, Deira, Bur Dubai, Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, The Springs, Sports City, Motor City, JBR, and Al Quoz. Inter-emirate moves are not currently available.
Dubai requirements
Do I need a move-out NOC in Dubai?
Yes — most Dubai buildings require a Move Out Notice (NOC) from the building's security office or management before movers are permitted to enter. You must arrange this yourself, typically 24 to 72 hours in advance. Some buildings also require a refundable deposit. Arrange your NOC at both addresses before move day — if access is denied on the day, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
Do I need to arrange parking for the movers?
Yes. You must ensure a designated or reserved parking spot is available close to the building entrance at both addresses on move day. If suitable parking is not available within a reasonable distance, the mover team may be unable to proceed. This is your responsibility to arrange in advance.
What about the service lift?
If your building has a service lift, you are responsible for reserving it for the duration of your move. Movers are not obligated to carry large or heavy items via stairs where a service lift should reasonably be available. Confirm lift availability with your building management in advance and let us know if there are any issues.
Cancellation & refunds
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 24 hours before move — full refund, no fee.
Within 24 hours — 20% cancellation fee. 80% refunded within 7 working days.
Move day / no-show — no refund.
To cancel, log into your account, go to My Bookings, and select Cancel. You can also email support@moverly.ae with your booking reference.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the cancellation being confirmed by Moverly. Once initiated, your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 5 business days to show the credit. Refunds are returned to the original card only and are in AED.
Damage & issues
What happens if something is damaged during my move?
Report it within 24 hours through your Moverly account (My Bookings → Report an issue) or by emailing support@moverly.ae. Include clear photographs. Moverly will investigate, contact the mover, and work toward a fair resolution. Every booking includes Booking Protection — a service commitment backed by our Partner Agreement with all movers.
Can the mover ask me for extra cash on moving day?
No. Your confirmed price is fixed. Movers cannot request cash or direct payment from you. If a mover requests a direct payment on move day, do not pay and contact Moverly immediately. Any mover doing this is in breach of our Partner Agreement.
Are the movers insured?
All mover companies on Moverly operate under a Letter of Understanding covering their responsibility for items in their care. This is not an insurance policy — Moverly is not a licensed insurer. For items of significant value (above AED 5,000 individually), we recommend arranging separate specialist goods-in-transit insurance before your move.
Restrictions
What items does Moverly not move?
Moverly does not move: medical equipment (hospital beds, oxygen machines, ventilators), patients or individuals, controlled substances, weapons, hazardous materials (gas canisters, flammable liquids), live animals, or perishable food. Our service covers standard household and office items only.
What should I do about my pets on moving day?
Secure all pets in a separate room or arrange for them to be elsewhere during the move. If a pet causes a safety issue for the mover team that cannot be resolved within 30 minutes of arrival, the booking may be cancelled with no refund. Please mention large or reactive pets in your booking notes.
Does Moverly move to Abu Dhabi or Sharjah?
Not currently. Moverly covers moves within Dubai only. Inter-emirate moves to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or other emirates are not available at this time. We plan to expand in future — follow us or check back for updates.
